Testpipe and Catpipe - 2.2L

The PPE Cobalt testpipe is made of 2.5" OD 16 gauge mild steel, mandrel bent tubing, with thick 3/8" flanges and stainless O2 bungs. It can be made with a high-flow metal core catalytic converter or without. Available for manual or automatic tranny cars.

ECT Catalytic converters are EPA and OBD2 compliant.

Header w/ downpipe - 2.2L

The PPE Cobalt header and integrated downpipe are 3D CAD designed on Solidworks to achieve the most accurate tube lengths possible. Made of 16 gauge mild steel coming together into a long formed collector. The 2.2L NA header has 1.5" primary tubes and a 2.5" downpipe. The downpipe includes one of our interlocking flex pipes and a 2.5" stainless steel TorqTite clamp. It can be made with or without a high-flow cat.

  • 10-13hp gains (9-12whp)
  • Equal length runners (less than .060" difference)
  • flex pipe with interlocking liner
  • fits cars with and without Secondary Air Injection
  • completely bolt on!
  • No CEL with cat
