PPE Engineering LLC warrants to the original purchaser that each PPE Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 180 days from the original date of purchase. PPE Engineering does not warrant or make representations concerning its products when not installed and used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and good installation and maintenance practices of the automotive industry.

PPE Engineering will not be liable for labor charges and/or other tangible or consequent losses that might be blamed as a result of the failure of any part, nor shall it be liable for damages or injury to persons or property resulting from the misuse or improper installation of any part subject to this warranty.

PPE Engineering obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing, replacing or crediting, at its option, any part found to be so defective. Transportation charges must be pre-paid by the customer.

There are no other warranties either expressed or implied, which extend beyond those set forth above.

All returned products MUST be accompanied by a copy of the original sales invoice, clearly showing the date of the original purchase and part number. Be sure to include your name, address and daytime phone number. Allow 2-4 weeks for inspection and/or possible resolution of claim.

If you did not purchase your PPE Engineering Product from PPE Engineering, you must return it to the company you purchased it from.

Items purchased from PPE Engineering may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date shown on the invoice. There is a 15% restocking fee imposed on all goods returned for a refund. In-Store credits can be issued in the full amount less shipping charges. Shipping charges are always non-refundable.

All returned items must be in the original packing and in original/unused condition, and must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. There are no returns on electronics.
